Shenelle Mclaughlin is an agile field geologist of 3 years, exploring the hills of Jamaica with one of Jamaica's groundbreaking mineral exploration companies. She is the outgoing Vice President of Lime Cay Cyber Leo Club, where she used her skills of servant leadership, along with a compassionate and determined heart to impact the communities in which she served. She is a lover of learning, dedicating her time reading books and engaging with other wise and innovative minds. Shenelle is not only a talented scientist and environmentalist, but she also has a creative side. She enjoys writing, photography and acting. 

Shenelle's Profession has introduced her to the life of coffee. Where she first disapproved of how women in the coffee industry were being treated. They work so hard with little to no reward at the end of the day. She hopes that with her knowledge and skills, she can help the ladies to further themselves in the industry.
