Actively pursuing solutions to the challenges facing Jamaican women in coffee today.
Our strategy begins with an ongoing extensive data collection project, showing us exactly who we are serving and how to help, with quantifiable results.
The plan also includes improving production quality through training and mentorship. We’re already building a global network of potential buyers for when the product is ready.
While giving women the power of a collective voice, we’ll also be working to uplift leaders and policy shapers within our own community.
The coffee industry (and the world) needs to be ready for climate change, so we’re acting now to ensure a sustainable future for us all.
