Tiffany Minnott

Tiffany Minott is an enthusiastic Change Agent and dedicated Community Advocate motivated by her passion for civic empowerment on both a local and global scale. Tiffany leverages her passion for people and corporate experience in operational excellence to help global citizens solve individual and communal challenges to build and sustain communities both near and far.
In addition to serving as a general Board Member on Jamaican Women in Coffee charitable organization, Tiffany also leads within her New York City community as an elected board member of the Willoughby Walk Cooperative, appointed board member of the Central Brooklyn Economic Development Corporation, and is a Program Manager at Google organization where she leverages her 15+ years of Business Transformation experience to help her constituents achieve their goals.
She has completed studies at the New York University, Kingston University in London, and is a proud graduate of University of North Carolina – Charlotte. As a daughter of the Jamaican Diaspora and descendants of women coffee farmers, Tiffany’s enthusiasm to empower Jamaican women in coffee is rooted in her commitment to cultivate self-sufficient and community driven business ecosystems — allowing farmers to focus on succeeding within the coffee industry.
