“For the past 17 years, coffee has been more than just a morning pick-me-up for me. It has been a passion that has driven me to explore the intricacies of coffee production and the challenges faced by those involved in the industry. As I delved deeper, I became aware of the significant obstacles that women in the coffee industry in Jamaica encounter. The barriers to entry and the lack of resources available to women in the industry continues to inspire me to take action. Through this organization, I will continue to make a tangible difference in the lives of these women and help them overcome the obstacles they face. This passion for coffee has not only brought me personal joy but has also allowed me to make a positive impact in my country”
