Since 2011, the Brazil International Coffee Week hosts the annual meeting of the International Women Coffee Alliance Brazil (IWCA Brasil). In this event, the debates are themed around the next steps and mobilization of women in the coffee agri-industry.
In 2019, IWCA Brasil expands the debates by inviting women from other countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. IWCA Regional Leadership Summit is an effort to join forces to fight against the big challenges in the markets around the globe. In the summit’s program you will find cupping sessions, workshops on coffee trading, business roundtables, panels and lectures about different themes.
IWCA Brasil is a network formed by women across the coffee supply chain – from bean to cup – and bear the mission of creating opportunities to coffee women and their communities.
